Refund policy

Effective 2026-11-01. This policy applies to all course purchases from Agentic Dev, the course academy operated by Epic Splitter.

1. When a refund is available

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course's required lessons. Requests outside that window, or above that progress, are reviewed case by case and may be refused or partially granted.

2. How to request one

Email academy@epicsplitter.com from the address on your account with your order reference (it starts with ADL-). We reply within 3 business days.

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit. Course access ends when the refund is issued.

4. What is not refundable

Purchases where the course has been substantially completed, promotional bundles after their stated window, and accounts suspended for breaking the Terms of service.

5. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged twice, contact us with the references; confirmed duplicates are refunded in full.
