Terms of service

Effective 2026-11-01. These terms apply to Agentic Dev, the course academy operated by Epic Splitter ("we", "us"), at www.academy.epicsplitter.com.

1. The service

Agentic Dev provides online video courses. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch its lessons and use its resources for the access period shown on the course page at the time of purchase. Lifetime access means for as long as the course remains available on the platform.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent, to buy a course. You must give accurate details and keep your password private. One account per person; sharing credentials or access is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.

3. Payments

Prices are shown in Nigerian naira and include all fees unless stated otherwise on the course page. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details. Access is granted only after the payment provider confirms your payment. Refunds are governed by the Refund policy.

4. Content and conduct

Course content is owned by Agentic Dev or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, resell or publicly share lessons or resources, or attempt to bypass playback protections. You may use what you learn in your own projects without restriction.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, replace or retire lessons to keep a course current. If we withdraw a course entirely during your paid access period, we will offer a pro-rated refund or equivalent access.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date; continued use after that date means you accept them. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Liability

The courses are educational material provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the course concerned.
